Your StorAxxS Dashboard allows you to easily view important operational information for your site. The Dashboard is split into 4 tabs: Map, List, Activity and Reports.

Map tab


The facility map provides users with a graphical view of the status of the storage facility. The map is a scaled plan of the facility that is colour coded so that users can easily and quickly see the status of all the units and doors. Using the facility map, users can operate all the doors, be notified of alarms and events, access a unit’s activity log and detailed unit information.


Reading the Facility Map

  • The facility map is colour coded, Selecting the information button   will display the colour legend
  • Selecting the button will re-center the map
  • You can zoom in and out using the and  buttons or your mouse scroll wheel
  • Selecting a unit will display a unit control modal

Open/Unlock a Storage Unit door

  1. Select a closed/locked unit with a red door to bring up the control modal  
  2. In the Door dropdown select Unlocked to unlock/open the door
  3. On the facility map, the door of the unit will turn green indicating that it’s unlocked if it’s a manually operated door, or turn yellow if it's an automatic roller door, indicating that the door is open.



Close/Lock a Storage Unit door

  1. Select an open/unlocked unit with a green or yellow door to bring up the control modal  
  2. In the Door dropdown select Locked to lock/close the door
  3. On the facility map, the door of the unit will turn red (indicating that it’s locked if it’s a manual swing/roller door, or that it’s closed if it’s an automatic roller door).


It's possible to put the unit's lock into the 'locked' position while the door is still open.



Using the Clean/Repair status

The Clean/Repair status can be used to note if a unit is undergoing maintenance and cannot be rented at this time. A unit in Clean/Repair will show as purple on the site map 


Setting a unit to Clean/Repair

  1. Select a unit on the facility map to bring up the control modal

  2. Select the Clean/Repair checkbox to bring up the Clean/Repair modal
  3. Select either the Clean or Repair radio button and enter a note if required
  4. Select Save
  5. The unit colour will change to solid purple on the facility map

 

Removing/Updating a unit from the Clean/Repair status

  1. Select the unit on the facility map to bring up the control modal

  2. Select the Clean/Repair checkbox to bring up the Clean/Repair modal
  3. Enter a note if required
  4. Select Save
  5. The unit colour on the facility map will change to solid blue (if vacant) or solid grey (if rented)


Viewing the Clean/Repair activity

  1. Select the unit on the facility map to bring up the control modal

  2. Select the unit number in top left to go to the unit page
  3. The Clean/Repair status updates can be found within the Activity section

Viewing a unit's latest snapshot

  • Select a unit on the facility map to bring up the control modal
  • Selecting Latest Snapshot will expand the section and display the latest Snapshot taken


How to change to a different area map

If a facility has multiple maps (for example, a ground floor and a first floor), click this dropdown to swap between maps.

Facility Gate Controls

You can open/close gates at a site using the facility map

  1. On the facility map, select the gate to display the gate operation modal
  2. Select the Gate Control dropdown
  3. Select Unlocked to open the facility gate or Locked to close the facility gate

List tab

This page shows all of the units onsite at a glance

  1. Name: shows the unit's name. Select the unit name to see the unit details page.
  2. Status: shows if the storage unit is vacant, rented, alarming, clean/repair.
  3. Customer: shows the current booking holder. Select the customer name to see the customer details page.
  4. Door Control: used to operate the storage unit door.
  5. Lock Status: displays the status of the storage unit lock.
    • Red lock: Unit is locked

    • Green lock: Unit is unlocked

  6. Door Status: displays the status of the storage unit door.
    • Red door: Unit is closed

    • Green door: Unit is opened

  7. Action: clickable '3 dot' icon that contains the following options - 
    • Snapshot - displays the last snapshot taken
    • Clean/Repair - displays the Clean/Repair modal


The statuses are not linked in any way (example: a unit can be opened and locked).



Activity tab

Selecting the Activity tab displays a list of all the logged events that have occurred at the facility.

The list displays the following information about each activity:

  1. Activity - description of the event
  2. Unit/Gate - the unit or gate name
  3. Date/Time - the date and time that the activity occurred
  4. Authorised - the customer or user that created the activity
  5. Media - selecting the thumbnail image will display the snapshot in a pop-out window


The list can be filtered by date range and activity.



Reports tab

The Reports tab displays graphical views of various reports about the facility.


To 'Favourite' a report:

  1. Select the star icon next to the report(s) that you wish to favourite
  2. The favourite (starred) reports will be listed in the ‘Favourites’ list 
  3. Select a report in the favourite list to turn that report on or off in the reports section
