These settings are only editable by users with site manager permissions or higher.
The Customers section of the Admin Dashboard has several subsections that are related to a customer's details, bookings, access, door operation history, payment history and PIN codes.

Customer List
Selecting Customers from the left hand menu will bring you to the Customer List page. Here you will see a list of registered customers for the site you currently have selected in your site dropdown list.
Selecting any listed customer's name will take you to the Customers Details page
Create New Customer

The customer's details are displayed in the left pane of the page.
Access Control tab
- Lists the storage units that the customer can access
- Via the 'Door Control' dropdown, the user can operate the customer's storage unit door
- Via the 'Action' dropdown, the user can edit and delete access permissions
- Via the 'New' button, the user can manually create access permissions
NOTE: the 'Door Control' dropdown can also be used to manually overlock a unit. Please see the How to Manually Overlock a Unit article for detailed information relating to this section.
Activity tab
- Lists the logged door operation activity
- Select the arrow icon to display the snapshot associated with the logged activity
PIN Codes tab
- Enables the user to create, edit and delete the customer's PIN codes

Edit a Customer
Update a Customer's Password
Updating a customer password via the actions dropdown
To update a customer's password, follow these steps:
- Select a customer from the customer list page.
- At the top left, select Actions > Change Password.
- Type the new password and then repeat it.
- Select Save Password.
Delete a Customer
To delete a customer, follow these steps:
- Select a customer from the customer list page.
- At the top left, select Actions > Delete.
- Click Delete to permanently remove the customer.
