Storeganise Data Import Tool Manual

Created by StorAxxS Support, Modified on Thu, 16 May at 4:10 AM by Damian Gillespie

The Storeganise Import Tool can be used to quickly, easily and efficiently transfer data from the Storeganise Facility Management platform into the StorAxxS Access Control platform.

Primarily the tool will be used during the StorAxxS setup phase at a facility that already uses the Storeganise system for customer and site management.

Existing site, unit and customer data in the Storeganise system, can be exported to a .csv file. The import tool on the StorAxxS dashboard can then be used to upload the .csv file, thereby immediately populating the dashboard with the same ‘matching’ data that already exists in the Storeganise dashboard.

Once the data is imported into the StorAxxS dashboard, any new data or updates to existing data in Storeganise will be immediately synchronised to the StorAxxS dashboard.
