These settings are only editable by users with site manager permissions or higher.
The Site section of the Admin Dashboard has several subsections that are related to physical sites, physical structures and hardware located at the selected site or within an organisation that manages/owns the sites.
The Sites section lists all the physical sites within an organisation that the logged in user has access to.

Sites List
This will list the sites you have access to. Select any listed site to see specific site details.
Create New Site
To create a new site, follow these steps:
- Select the New button in the top left corner of the site list to open the new site form.
- Name: In this required field, type the name of the site.
- Organisation: From the dropdown list, select the organisation.
- Location: Enter the site’s latitude and longitude (available from Google Maps).
- Time Zone: From the dropdown list, choose the site’s time zone.
- Phone: Enter the main contact phone number of the site.
- Email: Enter the main email address of the site.
- Reservation Period: Specify the number of days a customer can make a storage unit booking in advance of the move-in date (if the booking system is enabled).
- Address: Enter the main address details of the site.
Site Details page
- The details of the site are displayed in the left pane (section) of the page.
Users tab
- Lists the users that can log into the site dashboard
- Displays the role (permission level) that each user has when accessing the site dashboard
Areas tab
- Lists the different areas within a site as defined by the facility management
- Examples of areas include: individual levels (1,2,3 etc.), large unit area, small unit area, locker area, workspace area
- Create a new area by clicking the 'New' button top right
Hubs tab
- Hubs are the central device that manages and coordinates all other devices on a site. These will be automatically added when they connect to a site
Media tab
- Images can be added for a site to show on the Site Selector
Site-Wide Settings tab
- Displays a list of the status of each of the site wide settings

- If the 'Enable Unit Unlock via PIN Pads' site setting is enabled, then customer and user PIN codes cannot be longer than 6 digits
- The 'Invalid PIN Codes' tab, lists all the customers and users with PIN codes longer than 6 digits
- The tab is only displayed if the site setting is enabled and there are customers with PIN codes that exceed 6 digits in length

Enable Site Commissioning Mode
- This allows installers to rapidly add and configure devices to sites
- Enabling this mode changes the way the user app works to show pass/fail for each controller device
Enable Unit Unlock via PIN Pads
The Enable Unit Unlock via Pinpads setting
This feature allows customers and users to unlock their unit by entering their PIN code, followed by the last 4 digits of their registered mobile number, and then pressing #
(e.g., 132451 4620 #
).
PIN Code Length Settings:
- If the feature is disabled, a customer's PIN code can be up to 10 digits in length.
- If the feature is enabled, the PIN code must be 6 digits or fewer; any PIN code longer than 6 digits will be ignored.
Reboot the PIN Pad Device: After enabling or disabling this feature, reboot the PIN Pad device by navigating to Site > Devices > PIN Pad > Action > Reboot.
Acknowledge Warning: When this setting is enabled, a warning message will appear. You must check the acknowledgment box to confirm you have read the warning before the setting can be saved.
Invalid PIN Codes: Any user or customer with a PIN code longer than 6 digits will be listed on the 'Invalid PIN Codes' tab.

Enable Visitor Count
The 'Visitor Count' feature is a game-changer for sites with entrance and exit gates or PIN pads. Keep track of customers on site with ease:
- Live Tracking: Monitor the number of visitors on-site in real-time from the Site Details page on the dashboard
- Simple Management: Reset the visitor count to zero with a single click on the 'Edit Site' page whenever needed
With the setting enabled:
- The counter increases by one whenever a customer or user enters the facility and decreases by one whenever a customer or user exits the facility.
- The number of visitors 'on-site' is displayed on the Site Details page of the dashboard
- This feature requires entry and exit PIN pads in order to operate
- Reset Counter: select the 'Reset Counter' button to return the visitor count to zero (0) whenever needed

Send Alerts for Empty Inventory Lockers
- Displays a time configurable dashboard alert for site managers if any of the merchandise lockers are empty (if booking system and lockers enabled)
Gate Overlock Behaviour
Introducing a versatile setting to manage site access for customers with overlocked units. Choose the level of restriction that best fits your operational needs:
- No Action: Allow access to the site regardless of overlocked units
- Relaxed: Deny access only if all of a customer's units are overlocked
- Strict: Deny access if any of a customer's units are overlocked
This feature provides you with the flexibility to maintain security while ensuring customer convenience

Unit Controller Config
- This sets the default configuration for devices that have no existing configuration when they are commissioned on the site
On-Site Alarm Output
These settings allow any alarms from the site to be routed through a channel on a Lock Controller, which can then be output to a security centre
- Controller: select the applicable lock controller from the dropdown list
- Channel: select the output channel
- Output Type: select the output type
Alarm Control Room Integration (Alarmquip)
With details provided by Alarmquip, any alarms can be sent to their control centre, informing them when alarms get triggered.
- Alarmquip API Username
- Alarmquip API Password
- Alarmquip API Account (ClientNo.)
Storeganise Integration
- Displayed if the organisation has enabled the Storeganise Integration feature
- The 'Storeganise ID' is a value assigned to the site from the Storeganise system
- To ensure correct functioning of the integration, this value should not be edited
Site Xero Details
- These settings are available if the organisation has enabled the booking system feature
- Allows a site to send all the booking and payment information to their Xero accounting system
Delete a Site
To delete a site, follow these steps:
- Select a site from the site list page by clicking on it.
- At the top left, select Actions > Delete.
- Click Delete to permanently remove the site from the system.
