Customer Guide for Loxon

This guide covers the most common functionalities on the Loxon app by StorAxxS™ for self storage customers.

This guide is intended for customers to access their unit and manage their account via the mobile app.

The mobile app can be downloaded by scanning the QR code or from here:

WiFi Access

Customers can use the local wireless internet connection to improve their onsite access by joining the following WiFi network or scanning the QR Code below:

• SSID:StorAxxSGuest

• Password: WelcomeToStorAxxS!

Overview

StorAxxS makes accessing your storage unit safe, easy and fast.

Use the following guide to learn how to begin using the StorAxxS system.

1. Download the Loxon App on the App Store or Google Play

2. Register your account by tapping ‘Login’ then ‘Register’

3. Fill in your details ensuring they match our records & create a password of your choice.

4. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email to verify your account.

5. Enter the 6-digit code into the ‘Verify Account’ page to finalise your registration.

6. Log into the app using your email and password.

7. Feel free to come in and see us next time you’re in if you require further assistance.

8. Your storage unit and the facility entrance gate will be listed on the Access page.
