Wi-Fi Access


Customers can use the local wireless internet connection to improve their onsite access by joining the following Wi-Fi network or scanning the QR Code below:


SSID/Name: StorAxxSGuest

Password: WelcomeToStorAxxS!




6 Easy Steps to Move In


  1. Book your storage unit with the self storage company or facility

  2. Download and open the facility branded StorAxxS app

  3. Login or Register your customer account

  4. If your unit doesn’t appear on the Access page, link it using your site PIN code

  5. Access the entrance gate via the app or PIN Code

  6. Access your storage unit via the app





Registering an Account

  1. Tap Register from the main page of the app
  2. Enter the required details and tap Register
  3. Verify your email address by entering the code emailed to you
  4. Set a site PIN Code if required
  5. Log into your account


After you have logged in or completed account registration, you’ll be on the Access page of the app.


Your storage unit will automatically appear on the Access page if the mobile number in your StorAxxS account matches the mobile number used for your storage unit booking.





Linking your Storage Unit



  1. On the Access page of the app, tap the Link Access button
  2. Type in your Unit name and Linking Code
  3. Tap Continue to confirm
  4. Your storage unit and the facility gate should now be listed on the Access page


This is only required if your storage unit is not yet linked in the app.





Accessing your Unit


Your units and the main site gate will be shown on the 'Access' page. The unit's lock and door status are updated in real time and displayed below the unit's name.

  1. Tap on the unit or gate to display the access page
  2. Tap the Unlock button to open the unit or gate
  3. Tap the Lock button to close the unit 






Bluetooth Offline Access

If the Internet or Site's network is unavailable, the storage unit door can still be operated using the app.

The app will automatically recognise that the internet is not available and attempt to communicate with the unit controller using the mobile device's Bluetooth signal. If successful the storage unit door will unlock.






Using the PIN pad


To access the gate

  1. Enter your PIN code into the PIN pad
  2. Press the # key to enter


To access your unit

  1. Enter your PIN code followed by the last four digits of the mobile number you registered with (example: 132451 4620)
  2. Press the # key to open the gate and unlock you unit


Accessing your unit from the PIN pad may not be enabled at your site. Please confirm with site staff before accessing.
