How to Update your Account Details

This article details how a customer can update their account details using the StorAxxS Customer app.

Update account details in the Profile tab


Profile Tab

Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the app to make changes to your details, review your shared access, and change some of your private information. The options include:


Details

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Address


Security information

  • Password - change your account password
  • PIN Codes - view and manage your PIN codes (see the "How to Manage PIN Codes" article)


Shared Access

  • Review your Shared Accesses


Help and Contact

  • View contact information for the site where your storage unit is located


Delete My Account

  • Permanently delete your account on the app


Sign Out

  • Tap the Sign Out button to sign out of your account on the app
