A customer didn’t receive their verification email during registration

Step 1: Check the customer’s details in the StorAxxS Dashboard

You can see if there’s still steps that the customer has to take by checking their account on the StorAxxS dashboard. Click on ‘Customers’ in the left-hand side menu, then search for the customer’s name in the search bar at the top of the page. If the customer does not have an email address linked to their account, they have either not started the sign-up process, or they are currently in a ‘Pending’ state, waiting for the verification to be complete.


If the customer does have an email address on their account, their sign-up process is completed, and they should be able to log in. If they are having issues logging in, the problem may lie elsewhere (for example, they are entering an incorrect password, the email address they’re using to log in doesn’t match the one they signed up with, etc). Confirm their details (email and password) when trying to log in, and if they are still experiencing issues, contact StorAxxS support.

Step 2: Wait a few minutes

While the verification code email is usually received within about 15 seconds, some email service providers do seem to take longer in receiving the email. It can take up to two minutes for the email to be received, although this length of time is rare.

Step 3: Check Spam and Junk folders

Some email services have both a Junk and a Spam folder, sometimes hidden away near the bottom of the folder list. Take a look through all of the folders to see if the email was automatically sorted into one of those.


You may also be able to search for the words AxxS Verification Code, which is the subject of the email we send out. That should show all emails with those words in them.

Step 4: Connect to Guest Wi-Fi if mobile data is poor

If the customer has poor mobile data connectivity, it might be worth connecting them to the onsite guest Wi-Fi network (if there is an access point close to the office). The Wi-Fi name is StorAxxSGuest, and the Wi-Fi password is WelcomeToStorAxxS! (including the exclamation mark).

Step 5: Contact StorAxxS support

StorAxxS support can check the status of outgoing emails as well as, if required, check the verification code and pass it on over the phone.
