Summary

This release across the API, App, Dashboard, Hub and UCv5 product lines provides new features for customer security as well as user-friendly support for relay-style motorised doors.

New Features

Pin Pad Messaging: Instead of just ACCESS GRANTED or ACCESS DENIED messages, Pin pads now support providing useful feedback to customers as to why access was not granted to the site.

Bulk routes for controller activation: Useful for technicians and installers. Provides a tool to action a large number of controllers at the same time.

Overlock Removal Behaviour Support: New to 10.2, this offers the customer the opportunity to decide what the expected behaviour of a unit should be when un-overlocked - be that locking (our default) or unlocking.

Disable locks per site or unit: Units and sites allow configuration to ignore all lock, unlock and overlock commands  except from installers, site managers and organisation managers.

Alarm email settings: You can now decide what to do with an alarm notification with the following features:

• Set a staff account for all alarm notifications to be CC’ed to per site
• Decide if that staff account should receive a simplified no-link version of the alarm email, the alarm email as is, or no email at all,
• Whether the customer renting the unit will receive an email alert and what type

Improved motorised unit support: 

New features across the product line exist now to properly support units that are operated by START->STOP->START motorised doors instead of StorAxxS Smart Locks. This includes single-button operation and removing visual feedback that these units don’t require. 

Bluetooth notifications in apps:

Sites that do not support Bluetooth can have the option removed, preventing unnecessary visual feedback.
