API Issue Summary
Resolved an issue in the permissions for assigning a configuration to a device. Organisation managers were unable to assign or reassign configurations to devices due to overly restrictive permission filtering based on site and user permissions. Prior to the release, only super administrators could perform these actions.
Solution
Fixed the permission filtering logic to correctly evaluate site and user permissions, restoring the ability for organisation managers to assign and reassign device configurations as intended.
