Access Tab
This tab allows you to manage site access and oversee hardware commissioning:
Access tab
- Site Selector: The current site initials are displayed in the top-right corner; tap to switch sites or log out.
- Commissioning Mode: If the site is in commissioning mode (during installation/testing), this flag appears.
- Accordion Headers: Units are grouped under categories like Gates (for all gates on-site), Untested, Unassigned, Fail, and Pass.
Unit Detail Page
Here you can manage and test individual storage units:
Unit details
- Status Tags: Show unit status (e.g., Untested) and the controller assigned to the unit.
- Door Operation: Tap to lock/unlock the storage unit door.
- Controller Info: View details and controller management options (see below).
Controller Management
Here you can run the test program, reboot, remove or replace a unit controller:
Controller management
- Enable Test Mode: Reboots the controller into testing mode. This is not typically used during commissioning as the controller is already in commissioning mode.
- Reboot Button:Reboots the unit controller. The controller will reboot into different modes depending on the unit’s commissioning status:
- Test Passed: Reboots normally.
- Test Failed: Reboots into commissioning mode if the site is still in commissioning mode.
- Test Pending: Reboots into commissioning mode during testing.
- Unit Controller Dropdown: Allows you to reassign controllers to the unit if necessary.
- Remove UC Button: Removes a controller from a unit without replacing it.
- Replace Controller Button: Updates to Remove Controller when removing a controller from a unit.
Controllers Tab
The Controllers Tab helps you search and manage unit controllers:
Controllers tab
- Search Bar: Search for a controller by its serial number.
- Accordion Headers: Organise controllers by status such as Tests, Failed, and Unassigned.
- Add Result Button: Takes you to the test results page for a specific controller, where you can conduct or review tests.
Test Results Page
This page lets you view, manage, and finalise the outcomes of hardware tests:
Controller test result page
- Test Snapshot: Displays detailed test results, including motion detection, lock operation, latency, and Wi-Fi strength.
- Notes Section: If a test fails, you must add a note explaining the reason. Notes are optional for passed tests but can provide additional context.
- Pass/Fail Buttons: Finalise the test by passing or failing the controller. You must select the confirmation checkbox before marking a test as passed. Failed tests require an entry in the notes section.
- Device Test List: Displays a history of all previous tests, such as the initial onboarding test and the commissioning test completed on-site. You can open each test to review detailed results and snapshots.
